Sydney International Regatta Centre
This project involved construction of a new maintenance compound for use by Regatta Centre staff to house and maintain maintenance equipment and store equipment used throughout the centre.
The new maintenance compound was built on a parcel of vacant land within the confines of the Regatta Centre. The new maintenance building consisted of lunch and toilet facilities, work shop area, fuel storage room, and a large open secure shed area opening onto a large hardstand for deliveries.
