Ropes Crossing Fire Station

Construction of a new NSW Fire & Rescue Station equipped to house both full time and retained Fire Fighting crews.

The project required particular attention in regard to environmental management given that the site was within the Cumberland Plain Woodland with endangered flora and fauna to protect. The included the careful lopping of trees as the relocation of removed tree hollows to enable continued wildlife habitation. The site also required extensive on site detention and filtering of storm water.
