Kincumber Community Health Centre
This project was administered by Public Works Advisory and consisted of roofing, structural and cosmetic upgrades to the existing facility.
With only a small window of time to complete the works, careful and experienced site and project management was required to complete the works in the given time. This included mobilizing enough workers and materials as well as developing alternative methods to complete the structural upgrades to the existing truss roof.
