Careful financial management practices are adopted, particularly in the area of cash flow planning and monitoring, and the group has always traded within its means.

Human Resources

Axis Constructions employs approximately twenty full time permanent employees. This dedicated, professional, highly qualified, and experienced team is one of the company’s greatest assets. This team includes an active Managing Director, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Contract Managers and Administrators, HSEQ Managers and Officers, Site Supervisors, Carpenters and Apprentices as well as administrative and accounting staff.


The Axis Constructions team is well supported by technical innovation. In NSW the Company operates from a modern office in Arndell Park, strategically positioned in the centre of the Sydney Metropolitan Area just west of the Parramatta Central Business District. In South Australia, we are based in an equally central location and occupy a purpose-built office and warehouse facility in Somerton Park. The Companies ongoing intention is to create opportunities for market growth and increase organisational productivity, sustainability, adaptability and efficiency.

Additionally, the Group owns and operates a large storage warehouse incorporating a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which enables Axis Constructions to operate with a degree of independence. Apart from the capacity to store and maintain its own equipment, Axis can manufacture and prefabricate some of the items used in its construction projects, promptly, and to exacting quality standards without the need to rely on external suppliers.


The success of a project is often measured by the client’s overall satisfaction, not only by the end result but by the experience they had with their builder to get there. With this in mind, Axis realises that clear, informative and consistent communication with clients and project stakeholders is a crucial element of our business. To assist with this communication, we actively remain up-to-date with current technologies and systems such as Cubit Estimating, Jobpac accounting, Microsoft programming and CAD/PDF editing software to ensure that data is collected, developed and safely stored and able to be presented to clients as required.
